Oven won't heat but the cooktop and clock still work
An oven that will not heat while the cooktop and clock still work has a failed part inside the oven, not a dead range. Watch the display when you press Bake. If it takes the temperature and starts a preheat but nothing gets warm, the bake element or the igniter has failed, and that is a part swap. If the display ignores Bake completely, the control lock is on or the control board has failed, so check the lock before anyone quotes you a board.
