Do I need an account?

Not to start. Leave your email and we send you a link. Open it when your projects are ready and set up your account then.

Which reports can I send?

Any standard home inspection report works, as long as it is a PDF up to 25 MB. We read the text and pull out every finding.

Can I forward a report my inspector sent?

Yes. Forward the inspector’s email, with the PDF still attached, to inspection@agent.runhome.com. We’ll reply with the same link.

How long does it take?

Most plans are ready in about 20 minutes. We’ll email you the moment yours is done, so you don’t need to wait on the page.
